Three Wee Peas Playtime Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Three Wee Peas Playtime ("we", "us", "our") for the children's role play sessions ("sessions"). By booking, attending, or participating in our sessions, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Process:

To reserve a place for your child, tickets must be purchased online via the Bookwhen booking platform, this is done via the “Book” page on our website. Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

 

1.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Stripe.

1.3 Booking Confirmation:
Once payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation via email, which must be presented upon arrival.

1.4 Transfer and Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend a booked session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request transferring your booking to another session. Tickets are generally non-refundable unless under exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Supervision and Safety

2.1 Supervision Requirement:
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the session. Three Wee Peas Playtime staff are not responsible for child supervision.

2.2 Health and Safety:
By attending the sessions, you confirm that your child is in good health and able to participate in activities. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs your child may have.

2.3 Conduct and Behaviour:
We expect all children, parents, and guardians to behave respectfully and responsibly. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. If deemed necessary, we reserve the right to remove a child or attendee from the session.

2.4 Illness and Contagious Diseases:
If your child is showing signs of illness or any contagious diseases, please refrain from attending the session. We ask that you notify us immediately if your child has been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms of a contagious illness. 

Illness includes having:

• A fever or have had a fever in the last 24 hours

• An upset stomach or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours

• Heavy nasal discharge or discharging eyes

• Symptoms of contagious diseases, such as:

  • Norovirus

  • Chickenpox

  • Measles

  • German measles

  • Whooping cough

  • Impetigo

  • Hand, foot, and mouth disease

  • Scarlet fever

  • Covid-19

 

3. Photography, Videography, and Privacy

3.1 Consent to Photos and Videos:
We encourage parents and guardians to take photos or videos of their own children during the session, provided it does not disrupt the session or interfere with other participants.

3.2 Respect for Privacy:
Please respect the privacy of other children and families. Do not photograph or film other children without prior consent from their parents or guardians.

3.3 Right to Use Media:
By attending the session, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the website, unless you opt out in writing.

 

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal of Service

4.1 Cancellation by You:
If you cannot attend a session, please notify us as early as possible. Depending on availability, we may offer a transfer to a different session.

4.2 Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, including low attendance or operational issues. In the event of cancellation, you will be offered either a refund or an alternative session.

4.3 Withdrawal of Service:
If a parent, guardian, or visitor behaves in a manner deemed unreasonable or disruptive by the Three Wee Peas Playtime staff, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the session, and future bookings may be refused.

 

5. Liability

5.1 Assumption of Risk:
Parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and well-being during the session. You acknowledge that certain activities may carry inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for your child’s participation.

5.2 Limitation of Liability:
Three Wee Peas Playtime is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property while attending the sessions, except where required by law. Parents or guardians are responsible for any personal belongings brought to the session.

 

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Respectful Behaviour:
We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for everyone. We ask all parents, guardians, and children to demonstrate kindness, respect, and consideration toward others.

6.2 Disruptive Behaviour:
Any form of disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour by parents, guardians, or children may result in removal from the session and refusal of future bookings.

 

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Personal Information:
We collect personal information, including contact details, for the purpose of booking and communication. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7.2 Opt-Out Options:
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in our communications.

 

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated Terms.
